OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send
you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged
product to us for assessment.
If the item you
receive is different from what was described on our website, you have the option
to receive a replacement item of the same value or your money back. To process
this, you will need to return the product to us for assessment and complete a
RETURN FORM that will be emailed to you.
If the item you purchased is of the wrong size,
specification, colour or dimension as to what you require -- and this purchase
was through no fault of New Age Arbor Pty Ltd -- any exchanges will be at our
sole discretion. If we do agree to the exchange, you agree to shoulder all
postage fees involved in making the exchange, as well as a 15% re-stocking fee
based on the purchase price of your original item. The exchanged item must be
returned in it's original condition with all original packaging undamaged.
Sorry, but we cannot replace or exchange items simply because "you
changed your mind."
